Buckeye was thrilled to announce the appointment of Cindy Camarata as the newest addition to thier team, stepping into the role of Human Resources Director.

Cindy brings over two decades of invaluable experience in leadership development, employee retention, and strategic planning, garnered from her distinguished career in the private sector. Her impressive track record includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for companies such as Kadenwood Brands and King’s Hawaiian.

During her tenure, Cindy spearheaded initiatives to integrate core values into each business’s fabric, fostering a positive work environment conducive to individual and organizational success. Her expertise extends beyond mere administration to encompass the art of building cohesive teams and nurturing talent, ensuring sustained excellence across all facets of human resources management.

Cindy expresses her enthusiasm for this new chapter: “I am so excited to transfer my Human Resources skills from the private sector to the public sector. Buckeye is a very business-oriented organization with a focused strategic plan and newly adopted Vision, Mission, and Values that ensure the city remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.”

Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Her academic achievements, extensive professional background and passion for human resources, make her an invaluable asset to Buckeye as we continue to evolve and thrive.
