Catalyst Program to Attract Private Investment for Building Rehabilitation

Buckeye’s award-winning Catalyst Program will begin accepting applications on Thursday, August 1. This redevelopment initiative, managed by Buckeye’s Economic Development Department, aims to revitalize existing buildings by attracting private investment.

The Catalyst Program offers property owners, businesses, and investors up to $50,000 in reimbursable funding for projects that focus on economic development and serve a public benefit. Qualifying projects include building facades, landscaping, lighting, and new or upgraded signage.

To be eligible, business owners must also contribute financially to their projects. Reimbursements are provided upon successful completion and submission of required documentation. The grant is open to any existing local business.
