Bringing Creativity, Community, and Connection to InBuckeye
Originally from sunny San Diego, California, Erika Paramo brings energy, creativity, and a passion for people to her role as Client Fulfillment and Events Manager for InBuckeye. Whether she's helping local businesses succeed, coordinating community events, or building meaningful relationships throughout the city, Erika thrives on creating experiences that bring people together.
Family is at the center of everything Erika does. She shares life with her husband, Victor, and their two bonus daughters, Kareena and Jessie. Together, they enjoy spending time with their large extended family, creating memories, and celebrating life's special moments.
At home, Erika's household is just as lively as her community involvement. She is the proud pet parent of five Huskies—Ayton, Nova, Booker, Kendall, and Coco—along with two cats, Amaya and Buldak, and even a couple of fish. Needless to say, there's never a dull moment in the Paramo household.
When she's not working, Erika enjoys expressing her creativity through baking, arts and crafts projects with the kids, and planning parties and celebrations. She also loves settling in for a movie night, especially if it involves the Harry Potter series. Her favorite actor is Jon Bernthal, and you'll often find Demi Lovato on her playlist.
A dedicated sports fan, Erika proudly supports her hometown teams, the Chargers and the Padres. When it comes to food, she can't resist a plate of chilaquiles, a hearty pot roast with potatoes, and a refreshing iced tea or matcha.
If she could pack her bags tomorrow, her dream destination would be Greece, where she hopes to experience the breathtaking scenery, rich history, and vibrant culture. Until then, any getaway that includes a beach is a perfect escape.
Through her work with InBuckeye, Erika is passionate about supporting local businesses, strengthening community connections, and helping create opportunities for growth and success. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and genuine love for people make her an invaluable part of the team and a positive force within the community.
