Angie’s Burger opened its fourth location last month on the southwest corner of Jackrabbit Trail and Indian School Road — and its presence has been making the rounds on social media.

Arizona-based food and travel blogger Chelsey Hauston of Let Them Eat This shared a reel two weeks ago showing off the huge steakhouse burgers served at the burger joint.

“What’s crazy is that their combos start for under $6 for a burger, fries and a drink at this quality and this economy? Amazing,” she said in the reel.

And it’s true. A classic burger combo — which comes with a single patty, tomato, pickle, onion and a house-made sauce on a bun with fries and a drink — will run you just $5.19.

Other combos range from $6.19 for a cheeseburger meal to $11.99 for a half-pound steakhouse bacon cheeseburger.

The pricing and aim for quality are part of Angie’s Food Concepts’ mission to “make ‘luxury’ foods affordable.”

At the burger restaurant, that means using beef trimmings from its prime grill restaurants to form the burgers and cooking French fries in 100% beef tallow.

Angie’s Burger is open 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and they currently operate three other locations in the greater Phoenix area, including Glendale, central Phoenix and Chandler.

Each location is paired with at least one additional concept restaurant, such as Angie’s Lobster or Angie’s Prime Grill. The Buckeye location also houses Angie’s Chicken.
