Zaxby’s is considering plans to construct a quick-service restaurant near the corner of Lower Buckeye Road and Miller Road in Buckeye, according to initial development application records obtained by InBuckeye.
The exact location is not specified in the initial development application. However, the application identifies a parcel owned by M and U Land, LLC as a general location, according to Maricopa County Assessor records.
"We are currently in the preliminary stages of development in Buckeye, where we are looking to place a Zaxby’s quick-service restaurant off South Miller Road," wrote the applicant. "Zaxby's is a prominent American fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in chicken fingers, chicken wings, and a variety of salads, sandwiches, and sides. Known for its flavorful sauces and casual dining atmosphere, Zaxby's emphasizes high-quality ingredients and a customer-friendly experience."
Zaxby's has over 950 locations nationwide, including one in Queen Creek.
