A new Watermill Express kiosk could soon offer residents an option for fresh drinking water and bagged ice, according to pre-application documents submitted for a site near 1341 S. Watson Road.
The proposed station is a 106-square-foot, unmanned vending unit that would occupy two leased parking spaces and sit on a 15-by-15-foot concrete pad. Plans submitted to the city include a full concept packet, a complete set of construction documents, and state-approved drawings for reference.

The project is being developed by Watermill Express, LLC, based in Brighton, Colorado. Permitting is being handled by Gennavie Bronczyk, and structural engineering support is provided by Modern Engineering Solutions of Golden, Colorado.
The property is owned by Carlisle NM 2014, L.P., with Ray Stone Inc. serving as property manager. Both are based in Sacramento, California.
Construction documents show the kiosk will feature Watermill Express’s 5000 series vending machine, including water and ice dispensing units on the front elevation and an aluminum awning system for shade. The unit is designed to meet current building codes, including reinforced concrete and aluminum design standards.
