Verrado recorded 239 new-home contracts during the first half of 2026, a 29% increase from a year earlier.
The Buckeye community ranked No. 38 in the nation in RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s 2026 midyear report. Verrado also ranked fourth among Arizona’s top-selling master-planned communities.
The latest results moved Verrado up 10 places from No. 48 at midyear 2025. The community reported 185 contracts during the first half of that year.
Three other Arizona communities placed higher on the 2026 list. Radiance at Superstition Vistas ranked No. 17 with 326 contracts. Bella Vista Farms tied for No. 25 with 273. Blossom Rock ranked No. 28 with 266.
Together, the four Phoenix-area communities accounted for about 6% of all contracts among the top 50.
RCLCO reported 18,513 contracts across the 50 ranked communities through June. That marked a 2.9% increase from 17,983 during the same period in 2025.
Meanwhile, national new-home sales declined 5.6% year over year in June. RCLCO said elevated mortgage rates, affordability concerns, and economic uncertainty continued to challenge the broader housing market.
Verrado credited its growth to its neighborhoods, amenities, golf courses, community traditions, and small-town atmosphere. The community sits near the White Tank Mountains in northern Buckeye.
RCLCO has published its rankings since 1994. The company bases them on new-home contracts, minus cancellations, reported by each community.
