A slow driver on Interstate 10 was cited after driving 15 miles per hour under the speed limit with an unrestrained child in the back seat Aug. 9
An Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper stopped a vehicle traveling eastbound on I-10 for impeding traffic, driving 50 mph in a marked 75 mph zone, according to a department statement.
Troopers noted there was an unrestrained child in the back seat, and the driver did not have a valid driver's license and had never been issued one. The nervous child was given a police sticker to comfort him.
The driver was cited for driving with no license, having an unrestrained child passenger, and for impeding traffic. The vehicle was towed due to the driver never having been issued a driver's license.
