See’s Candies among new tenants announced for Verrado Marketplace

Sourdough & Co., See’s Candies, CityVet, Great Clips and NextCare are the latest tenants announced for Verrado Marketplace, West Valley View reported.

The 500,000-square-foot shopping center at Interstate 10 and Verrado Way is under construction and expected to open in 2026 with anchors including Target, Safeway, Ross, Marshalls and Harkins Backlot, according to reports.

Construction crews are completing foundation work and road paving as the project goes vertical. Most tenants are set to debut in May 2026, with Harkins Backlot scheduled for the fall.
