The City of Buckeye calls on residents to actively shape the community's future by attending public meetings focused on the Buckeye GO Bond. These discussions will center on public safety and Parks and Recreation Departments, inviting community members to say how local services evolve directly.
As Buckeye continues to grow rapidly, infrastructure developments should reflect the community’s priorities. Therefore, the public meetings, scheduled throughout October, provide an important opportunity for residents to offer valuable input on how the bond funds should be used to enhance local facilities and services.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
- Monday, 16th October at 6:00 p.m. – Desert Sunset Elementary School, 30919 W White Tank Vista Dr.
- Saturday, 21st October at 6:00 p.m. – Verrado Center on Main, 4239 N Village St.
- Sunday, 22nd October at 6:00 p.m. – Festival Fire Station, 27360 W Wagner Complex Dr.
Moreover, these sessions are more than just meetings—they represent a significant opportunity for residents to ensure that Buckeye remains a vibrant and well-supported community for everyone, both now and in the future. Consequently, the city encourages all residents to attend, share their insights, and help guide the development of essential local services.
