Buckeye drivers have the highest accident rate in Arizona, according to a new report from LendingTree.
“Buckeye is home to the worst drivers in Arizona, while Yuma drivers are the best,” said Joseph Muscente for LendingTree in an email this morning to InBuckeye.
The study, released Wednesday, found Buckeye had 25.5 incidents per 1,000 drivers, topping the state. Prescott Valley (24.6), Queen Creek (24.4), Maricopa (19.5) and Scottsdale (19.2) also ranked among the worst.
Yuma had the safest drivers at 13.1 incidents per 1,000, followed closely by Avondale, Casa Grande, Glendale and San Tan Valley.
