Police seek help identifying burglary suspect

The Buckeye Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a home burglary that occurred just before midnight on Saturday, 1 February. The incident took place near Van Buren Street and 191st Avenue, where an unidentified male forcibly entered a residence by kicking in the door.

According to police reports, the suspect stole a safe containing a firearm and personal documents before fleeing the scene. Security camera footage captured images of the individual, who was seen carrying a duffle bag and wearing a distinctive jacket featuring a sizeable yellow figure on the back.
