Someburros, a family-operated establishment dedicated to providing Sonoran-style Mexican cuisine, is hiring and opening its first Buckeye location soon, according to a Someburros spokesperson.
Signage is posted, and contract workers are finishing up the new site, which is located near the intersection of Verrado Way and Interstate 10.
Someburros’ grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony are scheduled for early August, according to a spokesperson.
Workers at the site said operations could begin within seven to 10 days at the location, which could mean training and a pre-grand opening live run before the August grand opening celebration.
Someburros has operated in the valley since 1986. Its menu features hardshell and soft tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, quesadillas and burros.
Frozen margaritas are commonly available to-go at valley locations.
Buckeye’s Someburros started recruiting for both front and backend positions in early May, according to its website.
