Everhome Suites eyes Buckeye hotel near Sundance, Fry’s

A new hotel is slated to be built near the Sundance community in Buckeye, according to development records obtained from the city.

Dever-based Highside Companies is seeking to build a 114-key, four-story Everhome Suites hotel, according to the business preapplication. Hillside aims to build it at the northwest corner of Yuma Road and Sundance Parkway.

According to the application, the hotel will house a small outdoor area, while the inside will include a lobby, fitness, market and laundry area.

The proposed site location is immediately south of the My Place Hotel and Hilton and about a half mile west of Fry’s. The hotel’s parking lot will include 116 parking spaces.
