Cotton Fest is set to bring holiday spirit, hometown charm and seasonal entertainment to Downtown Buckeye on Saturday. The free community festival runs from 3 to 8 p.m. around 6th Street Plaza and Monroe Avenue, offering an evening of shopping, music, food, history and family fun.

The outdoor celebration will feature holiday shopping with local vendors, a classic car show from 3 to 5 p.m., inflatables and activities for children, and a lineup of live entertainment including mariachi, carolers and dance performances. Food trucks will serve festival favorites throughout the evening.

Santa Claus arrives in Buckeye for free photos from 6 to 8 p.m. at 6th Street Plaza, giving families a chance to capture a holiday memory. At 6 p.m., the city’s official tree lighting ceremony will begin, produced by Christmas Light Decorators, followed by performances and giveaways to keep the festive atmosphere going.

Event organizers will also highlight the rich agricultural heritage of the West Valley through exhibits and storytelling about the history of cotton in the region. Buckeye Valley Museum will help showcase how the crop shaped the city’s identity, economy and early settlement.

Cotton Fest is hosted in partnership with Buckeye Main Street Coalition and supported by this year’s sponsors: Power Home Remodeling, Renewal By Anderson, Stotz Equipment, Christmas Light Decorators, Buckeye Valley Museum and the City of Buckeye.

Admission is free, and all activities are open to the public.
