Buckeye’s luxury housing market saw several high-end transactions in July, with the top five sales all closing at more than $1 million.
Not surprisingly, each of these homes followed a similar trend: a continued demand for spacious, upscale homes in neighborhoods offering large lots, upgraded finishes and premium views.
- $2,000,000 – 3135 Mountainside Loop – Located in the Verrado community next to the scenic White Tank Mountains, this 4,609-square-foot home features five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Realtor comments: “Nestled on over an acre in Verrado, this custom home boasts a gourmet kitchen, expansive windows framing mountain views, and a resort-style backyard with pool and covered patio.”

- $1,300,000 – 20638 Main St. – Also located in the Verrado community, this 4,893-square-foot residence includes four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Realtor comments: “The location, the views, the lot—this stunning home offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort.”
- $1,025,000 – 14700 Tuthill Rd. – Located in the Rainbow Valley community, this 3,436-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Realtor comments: “Nestled on a sprawling 5.38-acre estate, this property offers unmatched privacy, sweeping desert views, and plenty of space for outdoor living.”
- $1,015,000 – 19633 264th Ave. – Found in the Sun City Festival community, this 3,342-square-foot property offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
