Hammes Opens Buckeye Medical Plaza
Phoenix, 20 June 2024 - Hammes, a national real estate consulting and development firm, celebrated the grand opening of the Buckeye Medical Plaza at 865 South Watson Road in Buckeye, Arizona, on June 12. The 48,000-square-foot medical office building in Buckeye aims to provide convenient healthcare services to the community.
Construction began in the summer of 2023 and concluded in April 2024. The facility will host eight tenants offering various healthcare services, including primary care, lab work, physical therapy, women's care, pediatric autism services, podiatry, oral surgery, and dental care.
Buckeye Mayor Eric Orsborn attended the event, emphasizing the project's impact. "The Buckeye Medical Plaza fulfills the City Council's commitment to our community. Residents now have access to high-quality healthcare close to home. We are thankful this facility is designed to grow with Buckeye," Orsborn said.
Steve Buckeridge, Senior Vice President of Hammes Partners, added, "We are proud to be the first full-scale medical office building in Buckeye. This facility will serve the needs of the community, families, and patients. We thank the City of Buckeye for their partnership and support."
