Keith Auzenne has been arrested and charged with 15 counts for yesterday's crash at Cholla Ranch Apartments, including assault, DUI, and kidnapping.
Auzenne crashed his car into an apartment unit before fleeing the scene. According to police reports, the crash did not injure anyone inside the apartment. However, residents in a nearby unit suffered minor injuries from broken glass.
Auzenne is charged with one count of transportation violations, seven counts of assault, one count of kidnapping, two counts of transportation violations, one count of criminal damage, one count of DUI, one count of drug offenses, and one count of probation violation.
Long history of charges

- 2008 in Phoenix Municipal Court: Failure to appear for failing to stop or remain stopped at a red light, failure to pay fees for no valid driver's license/endorsement, and a guilty plea for not having two headlamps on his vehicle
- 2010 in Phoenix Municipal Court: Guilty plea for driving with driver's license suspended or revoked and failure to show driver's license or ID
- 2010 in Tempe Municipal Court: Guilty plea for extreme DUI
- 2012 in Scottsdale City Court: Guilty plea for disorderly conduct
- 2014 in Tucson Municipal Court: Guilty plea for driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled license
- 2020 in Maricopa County Superior Court: Failure to appear for citations of speeding, driving with a suspended license, and failure to produce evidence of financial responsibility
