This acquisition, facilitated by brokers Paul Borgesen, Dylan Sproul, and Royden Hudnall of Transwestern, is another step in ViaWest's plan to expand in the Phoenix industrial market.
Prime Location in a High-Growth Area
The newly acquired property is in an Opportunity Zone, offering strong investment potential. It is evident from I-10 and has one mile of frontage on MC-85. This gives it excellent access to major routes. Therefore, ViaWest plans to work closely with the City of Buckeye to manage zoning, annexation, and the development of new utilities.

ViaWest Group is considering several development options for the site, ranging from speculative builds to customized, build-to-suit projects.
