Detectives later determined the man had gone to his ex-girlfriend’s house on Shooting Star Lane, where he threatened her and violated an order of protection, according to police. A teenage male in the home told investigators he ordered the man to leave before the suspect allegedly fired at him while driving away in a truck.
A short time later, the teen was leaving the area in his own vehicle when he spotted the suspect’s truck, police said. The teen reported the man got out of the truck and pointed a gun at him, prompting the teen to run the suspect over, injuring him.
The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
