The City of Buckeye, in partnership with Keen Independent Research, is launching the Buckeye Arts & Culture Plan, a community-driven effort to strengthen local arts, culture and creative life while guiding future programs, investments and partnerships.
The plan will reflect Buckeye’s unique identity, highlight what makes the community vibrant and identify opportunities to expand access to arts and cultural experiences across the city.
Community participation is central to the planning process, and residents, business owners, artists, students, educators and community organizations are encouraged to get involved.
“Arts and culture are about more than entertainment. They are about connection, pride and building a community where everyone feels like they belong,” said Ilana Lydia Holde, the city's Arts and Culture manager. "This plan is a chance for Buckeye residents to share their experiences and ideas and help guide what arts and culture can look like in our city for years to come.”
How to Get Involved
- Take the public input questionnaire. The planning team is collecting community feedback through a public input questionnaire, open to all residents and stakeholders. Responses will help identify priorities, highlight community values, and shape plan recommendations.
