Buckeye's population grows by thousands yearly, and so does its demand for work. According to the city of Buckeye, 10,000 new residents come to the city each year, putting the focus on city officials to develop and bring jobs to respond to the demand for work.

Funko
Funko, a popular bobblehead toy supplier in Buckeye, opened in late 2024 and is estimated to employ 300 people.

Retail Store Associate | Part Time
- The Funko site has a retail store attached. They’re hiring a sales or customer service person with at least one year’s experience.
Rehrig Pacific Company
Rehrig is a manufacturer of integrated sustainable solutions for the supply chain and environmental waste industries. It opened it opened its manufacturing facility in late 2024. They employ around 115 full-time positions within the plant.
Fulfillment Lead | Full Time
- This position involves receiving, shipping, and preparing products for customers by repairing, modifying, and completing quality inspections.
Ross
Buckeye’s Ross distro center opened May 5. It is expected to supplement the merchandise supply nationwide. The store offers discounted clothing and housing trinkets. Ross secures low-priced goods through innovative manufacturer sourcing, chiefly from overstocked or closeout sources.
Maintenance Supervisor | Full Time
- This position oversees the maintenance of all operating equipment and facility systems. It enforces proper turn-time for preventive maintenance schedules and ensures timely response to critical equipment downtime issues in the distribution center.
Maintenance Technician | Full Time
- Responsible for preventative maintenance on mechanical material handling equipment, including transportation conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts.
