Popular California-based fast-food chain In-N-Out Burger has broken ground on a new location in the Buckeye Commons retail area along Verrado Way.
A banner at the construction site, 1050 N. Verrado Way, reads “Here Soon,” signaling the arrival of the company’s first Buckeye restaurant. The site, located near the intersection of Verrado Way and Interstate 10, is part of the city’s rapidly expanding commercial corridor.
Heavy equipment and construction crews could be seen this week preparing the lot, which will eventually house the new In-N-Out, known for its burgers, fries and signature “secret menu.”
The Buckeye Commons development has attracted a mix of national retailers, restaurants and service providers in recent months, underscoring the city’s surge in population growth and consumer demand.
An opening date for the restaurant has not yet been announced.
