The Buckeye Police Department posted this video on its Facebook Page.
The video shows a Buckeye police officer chasing down three teens accused of stealing items from a convenience story.
“Three teens stole booze and snacks from a convenience store and crashed into a pillar and a parked car trying to get away,” the post states. “ In this video, a Buckeye police officer catches up with the two passengers who took off running.”
A statement from Buckeye police said the incident happened on May Sunday near Watson Road and Sundance Avenue.
"The suspects in this case were all charged with shoplifting and minor in possession of alcohol," police stated.
Details on charges have not yet been made available.
