Balloons, food and fellowship welcomed guests today as Victory Medical celebrated its grand opening in Verrado’s Sunrise Market.
The new health and wellness practice, located at 20940 West Sentinel Drive, Suite 105, invited residents to tour the modern clinic, enjoy refreshments and meet the team. Visitors filled the bright hallways and gathered in the lobby while owners Sara Brandal, FNP-C, and office manager Kristina Gilbert greeted guests and explained the services available.
Outside, a balloon arch and “Grand Opening” banner marked the entrance where Brandal and Gilbert posed for photos with community members. Inside, attendees sampled food and beverages while exploring exam rooms and treatment areas designed to support both primary care and aesthetic services.

[Michael McDaniel]Victory Medical offers a full range of primary care, from routine exams and sports physicals to chronic disease management for diabetes, heart disease and high cholesterol. The clinic also provides wellness and hormone treatments for thyroid conditions, menopause, and metabolic support.
Aesthetic services include wrinkle-relaxing injectables, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedures for skin and hair restoration, fillers and hormone pellet therapy.
Membership packages are available to help patients manage care costs and include options for single-service, comprehensive or full coverage plans, according to their website.
Brandal, who has more than 20 years of experience in nursing and family medicine, said the goal is to bring personalized, results-driven healthcare to Verrado residents. Gilbert, who has worked in both pain management and aesthetics, oversees daily operations.
Brandal began her nursing career in 2005 and has worked in fields ranging from cardiac intensive care and cardiovascular diagnostics to cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and elementary school nursing for children with special needs. In 2014, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and became a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Originally from outside Chicago, Brandal moved to Arizona in 2019 with her husband, four children and family pets. Away from work, she enjoys family time, baseball season and cheering for her beloved Chicago Cubs.

Michael McDaniel is an Army veteran who served in Afghanistan as a forward adviser for the Afghan army. Michael was awarded a bronze star for his service. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in investigative journalism.
