EōS Fitness has signed a long-term lease to open a 40,000‑square‑foot gym at the southeast corner of North Verrado Way and Interstate 10, marking the fitness chain’s first location in Buckeye. The company is slated to open its facility in 2027, co-anchoring the area alongside Sprouts Farmers Market.
With the lease, brokered by Echelon Realty Advisors, EōS continues its rapid expansion across the Phoenix metro area, adhering to its “High Value. Low Price” business model, which aims to offer amenities at affordable rates, according to the company. The fitness club chain operates 41 gyms statewide and more than 125 nationwide.
In the second quarter, the company surpassed 1.5 million members and debuted 10 new locations across multiple states, according to reports. Its long-term goals include expanding to 250 gyms by 2030.
Locally, Buckeye’s rapid population growth makes it an ideal next step. City officials project that the population will more than double by 2030, with retail corridors, including those along Verrado Way, expected to attract increased business throughout the expansion. An EōS gym complements other health and wellness investments in the area, aligning with Buckeye’s goal to provide more lifestyle amenities amid a doubling of residential development.
The landlord, Eisenberg Company, represented itself in the deal. Echelon Realty Advisors served as the tenant broker.
