The Buckeye SWAT team assisted Phoenix Police Department last week in serving a search warrant at a suspected meth lab near Watson and McDowell roads.
According to Buckeye police, one suspect was taken into custody and officials with the Maricopa County Drug Suppression Taskforce (MCDST) processed and dismantled the lab.
Repeated calls to the Phoenix Police Department seeking comment or details on the incident have not been returned.
“Buckeye police are committed to working with law enforcement partners to keep dangerous drugs out of our community,” stated a post on Buckeye Police on social media.
