Buckeye sees multimillion-dollar August home sales, including record $2.09M deal

Top-selling home in Buckeye: This Spanish-style estate with mountain views and city lights recently sold at one of the highest price points in the Valley luxury market.

Buckeye’s housing market notched several standout sales this summer, including a record-breaking $2.09 million transaction, according to data from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

The five highest sales prices in the city between Aug. 1 and Sept. 8 were:

3756 N. Rock Wren Court — A 5,206-square-foot home built in 2006 sold for $2,095,900 on Aug. 29, the top sale in Buckeye’s recent market. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom property closed at $402 per square foot. The home was described in the Realtor listing as “the perfect blend of elegance and functionality in this freshly updated Santa Barbara-inspired retreat, nestled in the heart of Verrado.” The custom residence sits on more than half an acre in a premium cul-de-sac and features a chef’s kitchen, multiple fireplaces, guest quarters and a resort-style backyard with heated pool, spa, gazebo and built-in BBQ. The listing also highlighted new paint, updated landscaping and mountain views.

3718 N. Briere Court — Built in 2005, this 4,363-square-foot house with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms closed at $1,235,000 on Aug. 11. The sale equated to $283 per square foot. The Realtor listing welcomed buyers to their “dream home, where luxury meets functionality,” situated on a 1.25-acre cul-de-sac lot with mountain views. Features included soaring 18-foot ceilings, wood shutters, Tuscan stone flooring and a gourmet kitchen with a six-burner range, granite counters and dual islands. The owner’s suite offered a spa-like bathroom with jetted tub and a California walk-in closet. Outdoors, the property showcased a resort-style backyard with a pool, sunken ramada bar, built-in BBQ, putting green and dog run. The home also included solar panels, a three-car garage, RV gate and was zoned for horses.

3428 N. Park Street — A 4,827-square-foot residence constructed in 2006 sold for $1,100,000 on Sept. 8. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home averaged $228 per square foot.

3911 N. 197th Avenue — A 3,860-square-foot property built in 2018 sold for $1,080,000 on Aug. 22. It featured five bedrooms and three bathrooms, closing at $280 per square foot.

2734 N. Beverly Place — This 3,052-square-foot home, built in 2017, fetched $800,000 on Aug. 26. The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence sold at $262 per square foot.

The figures underscore Buckeye’s ongoing growth and rising demand, with high-end sales crossing the $1 million mark multiple times in just weeks.
