Buckeye police have requested that this Silver Alert be canceled.
Buckeye police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 68-year-old man who has been reported missing since last week.
Richard Guy was last seen on Monday, Aug. 18, at his home near Van Buren Street and Sundance Parkway, according to police. Family members said they are concerned he may be showing early signs of dementia.
On Thursday, Guy was reported missing. His silver Dodge Challenger was later found locked and abandoned near Miller and Sunrise on Monday, Aug. 25.
Guy is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head. His clothing at the time he disappeared is unknown.
