A man was arrested Tuesday near 4th Street and Eason Avenue in Buckeye on a warrant, police said.
Jacob Anthony Balderama, booked into the Lower Buckeye Jail, was taken into custody by Buckeye police on charges of narcotic drug possession/use and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, according to Maricopa County Sheriff's Office records.
Court records show Balderama, 41, is facing a felony four narcotic drug possession charge and a felony six drug paraphernalia charge. His bond was set at $2,500, and the case has been bound over to Maricopa County Superior Court.
Police said the arrest stemmed from an outstanding warrant.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
