Buckeye will host a morning farmer's market every Saturday this month.
Melissa Calles, the Buckeye Morning Market organizer, said the next market will be April 12 at Sixth Street Plaza in downtown Buckeye from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“Everyone is invited to this amazing family fun event. There’s a little something for everyone! We have local farmers, artists, bakers, handmade goods, fresh produce, and even wellness vendors,” she said. “There’s also live entertainment — this month we’re featuring Tom Stitzer and amazing food options.”
There will be various unique products, food and petting zoo animals "provided by a local petting zoo from Buckeye,” she said. “We invite all kids and adults who wish to play and interact with the animals. They are all welcome.”
Each week will also feature live music, according to Calles.
“We also will have live music courtesy of Tom Stitzer,” she said. “He plays anything you can think of, from rock and pop to the classics and contemporary, and he will even perform covers of all your favorite Disney movies.”
