Agricultural Holdings, a family-owned West Valley-based company with deep roots in the region, has announced the sale of its Arlington property located at 32105 W. Salome Highway. The company acquired the 35-acre site in 2014 and has spent the past decade revitalizing and improving the asset, including the restoration of a Union Pacific rail spur to enhance logistical access.

The site is directly across the railroad tracks from Tonopah egg-ranching operations for Hickman's Family Farms, which recently shut down most of its production following a devastating bird flu outbreak reported to have originated at that facility.

Over the years, the site was leased to various industrial tenants. Last year, Agricultural Holdings made the strategic decision to divest the property and partnered with MHG Commercial to identify a buyer aligned with the area’s continued expansion. That buyer was Midstream LPG, which plans to further develop the property to support the ongoing economic boom in the West Valley.

Proceeds from the sale were reinvested into a new acquisition — 25516 W. Southern Ave. in Buckeye —where Agricultural Holdings intends to pursue future development opportunities. The move reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to the region and its role in supporting the dynamic growth across the West Valley.

“Agricultural Holdings remains deeply committed to investing in our local communities and supporting the continued momentum of the West Valley,” said a company spokesperson. “This latest transaction marks not only the closing of one chapter, but the beginning of another as we continue to contribute to the area’s economic vitality.”
