Despite the acquisition, Arizona Metro Mix will continue to operate under its existing name, maintaining its focus on supporting construction needs throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
Arizona Metro Mix's Legacy and Assets
Arizona Metro Mix has been a reliable provider of high-quality ready-mix concrete for over two decades, with a notable portfolio that includes projects like the SRP Transition Line, the Optima Gravity Sewer Project, and various Fry’s Marketplace locations. The acquisition encompasses Arizona Metro Mix’s four batch plants, concrete, equipment fleet, and a team of 72 employees.
Reactions to the Acquisition
Nate McDonald, Director of Government and Community Relations for Clyde Companies highlighted the continued operations in specific locations. "This acquisition will include two Arizona Metro Mix plants in Buckeye. The operations at these plants will continue as normal and under the same name.
