A beloved waterfront property in Buckeye that has been closed could reopen as a surf destination according to recent reports.
A sale valued at $10.5 million includes the 120-acre Hidden Lake, venue once a destination for fishing, boating, weddings and outdoor concerts.
According to public records obtained by InBuckeye.com, the property was sold on Jan. 13 to Ocean Front Property in Arizona LLC; the seller was listed as Mladick II LLC.
Oceanfront Property in Arizona owned by former El Segundo, California mayor Drew Boyles, according to a report in Phoenix Business Journal.
No date has been set on when development of the property will start.
