First Watch is bringing its award-winning breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept to Buckeye in autumn 2025. The new 3,900-square-foot restaurant at 111 North Verrado Way will include a covered patio, indoor bar, and seating for over 180 guests.
This location will create 30 jobs, with hiring starting about a month before opening. First Watch’s "No Night Shifts Ever" policy will benefit employees, allowing for a better work-life balance.
The restaurant will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
